Overview

Montage Mason Senior Living Community Culinary team is looking for PRN Dining Service Representatives to join our culinary team. This employee will be responsible for providing a five-star customer service and white glove dining experience to our residents and guests, as well as cleaning up all items needed to maintain the operations of the Dining Services Department.

Pay: $12-15/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: PRN (as needed basis, may include weekends or evenings)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items served to residents
  • Prepare and deliver food trays efficiently using rolling carts, including pouring beverages, placing plates and condiments, taking temperatures, and cleaning trays
  • Greet and interact positively with residents and guests
  • Follow recipes, special diets, portion controls, and menus as outlined by dining leadership
  • Label and date all foods, following State Health Code requirements
  • Clean kitchen appliances, dishwashers, trash holders, carts, trays, and equipment daily
  • Restock kitchen items as needed
  • Assist with serving or delivering food for special events
  • Dispose of boxes appropriately
