Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Ridgefield Station is seeking a compassionate Dining Room Server to greet residents, take orders from a selective menu, and ensure a warm, welcoming dining experience for our senior residents.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with competitive starting pay of $17–$17.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and meal perks.

• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture.
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Full Time: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Part Time: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM, 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $17 - $17.50 per hour based on work experience
