Job summary

Arbor Terrace Willistown is seeking a Dining Room Server for full-time and part-time schedules. You will provide restaurant-style service to residents in a welcoming environment, greeting them, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant mealtime experience.

No late nights; shifts include 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM for full-time and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM for part-time. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, and more as part of The Arbor Company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable team player with a welcoming personality.
• Restaurant or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, restaurant-style meal service.
• Greet residents with a smile and learn their preferences.
• Take and deliver meal and beverage requests.
• Assist residents with special dining requests.
• Set, clear, and reset tables.
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work alongside a supportive dining team to provide excellent service.

The Arbor Company is looking for friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers to join our senior living community. You’ll provide restaurant-style service to our residents while helping make mealtime one of the best parts of their day.

No late nights!

Available Schedules:

Full-Time

• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Part-Time

• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
