The Arbor Company is hiring a friendly Server for Arbor Terrace Monmouth to deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus in a resident-centered environment.

You will bring cheerful energy to residents during meals, assist with special requests, and collaborate with teammates to keep the dining room clean and inviting. This role emphasizes service, respect, and teamwork within a nurturing community.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
