Food Server. PART AND FULL TIME AVAILABILITY! WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provides prompt, polite and professional service to residents.
2. Sets up dining room tables with all utensils, chinaware, eating silverware and glassware. Refills sugars, salt, pepper, creamers and butter dishes after each meal.
3. Sets up delivery and delivers daily room service orders when applicable.
4. Sets up and replenishes all other beverage and service station items.
5. Assists team with minor preparation, sidework.
6. Assists residents and other team members with beverages, salads, soup, dessert and all other service needs.
7. Participates in all required training, orientation, meetings and programs offered by employer.
8. Promptly discusses and resolves any potential care coordination problems with all involved team members and team leaders.
9. Clears tables within assigned work section. Cleans and wipes down tables and chairs after residents leave dining room.
10. Performs daily side cleaning duties as scheduled and requested. Spot sweeps floor in dining room after each meal.
11. Presents a professional demeanor that communicates to current and prospective residents the corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in the resident’s unique needs.
12. Tray service ability preferred, but not necessary; training available!
13. Other duties as assigned.

Job Details:

1. Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
2. Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.
3. Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
4. Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
5. Other duties as requested.
