Dial Senior Living in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Dietary/ Dining Aide to assist with serving meals and beverages and to keep the dining area clean and welcoming for residents. The role involves bussing tables, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

The position emphasizes resident-focused service, basic kitchen tasks, and teamwork. Candidates should be comfortable standing for shifts of 3–3.75 hours and be at least 16 years old.

• Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn.
• Working 3–3.75 hours per shift standing, walking, and moving about without the need to sit down.

Responsabilidades

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout all aspects of the dining experience.
• Take all orders and close out orders within the Dial designated point of sale system.
• Provide customer service to residents to allow high level of resident satisfaction while serving meals.
• Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal.
• Inform residents what foods are available on the day’s menu.
• Address residents by name and their food/beverage likes and dislikes.
• Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverage of choice to each resident.
• Keep water glasses and coffee cups filled.
• Clear tables and bus tables after the meal is finished.
• Vacuum carpet in the dining room after each meal.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and operations information.
• Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned

• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel.
• Report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
• Other duties as assigned
