Job summary

The Converse Home in Burlington, VT is seeking an experienced Per Diem Dining Room Server to join our compassionate dining team. You’ll pick up shifts as they become available, covering for teammates who are out or on leave, with emphasis on holidays and school breaks.

You will serve meals with professionalism, help maintain a clean dining room, and work closely with colleagues to ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.

• We have both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekend availability.

The Converse Home is a warm and welcoming assisted living community in downtown Burlington, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment where residents can truly thrive.

We’re looking for an experienced dining room server to join our dining team in a flexible per diem role. You’ll pick up shifts as they open up, covering for team members who are out or on leave.

We’re especially interested in candidates who are available on holidays and during school breaks, when our college students are away. If you’re looking for flexible hours and enjoy being part of a welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you.
