Job summary

Arbor Terrace Fulton is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead a restaurant-style dining program for residents, guiding servers to deliver exceptional hospitality each shift.

You will ensure a welcoming dining room, uphold cleanliness and service standards, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff while collaborating with leadership to continually improve the dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure the dining room is welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for residents and team members.
• Collaborate with the Dining Director and leadership team to enhance the overall dining experience.
