Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Dining Room Manager in Tampa to oversee the dining room's operation and appearance, ensuring a positive experience for every resident and guest. You’ll lead, develop, and train all serving staff while upholding cleanliness and service standards across the community.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and proven experience training teams in customer service, efficient serving techniques, table setting, and side work.

• Ability to oversee dining room operations and maintain service standards.
