Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Dining Room Manager to oversee the dining room’s operation and appearance, ensuring a welcoming experience for residents and guests.

You will lead, train, and develop serving staff, uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards, and coordinate customer service efforts. Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience training others in customer service, serving techniques, table setting, and side work.
