Job summary

The Arbor Terrace Fulton is hiring a Dining Room Manager to lead a restaurant-style dining program for our residents. You will guide servers, ensure a welcoming dining room, and uphold sanitation standards while collaborating with the Dining Director to elevate the overall dining experience.

We value hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional service in a senior living setting. This full-time role offers meaningful work with residents and families in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality
• Passion for delivering excellent service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or hotel dining preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Ensure the dining room is welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality
• Create a positive and engaging environment for residents and team members
• Collaborate with the Dining Director and leadership team to enhance the overall dining experience
