• Experience in training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or hotel dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure the dining room is welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for residents and team members.
• Collaborate with the Dining Director and leadership team to enhance the overall dining experience.
