Chick-fil-A Eastchase Parkway | 1700 Eastchase Pkwy., Fort Worth, TX 76120

About This Opportunity

Working at Chick-fil-A® is more than a job. It is an opportunity to grow and develop as a leader in a positive, people-first environment. Chick-fil-A North Collins Street and Chick-fil-A Eastchase Parkway are locally owned and operated. Our leaders invest in their Team Members and the communities we serve.

The Dining Room Supervisor helps create a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, setting a strong example, and helping others maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

This position is not limited to directing others. The Dining Room Supervisor actively works alongside the team by welcoming guests, checking on tables, cleaning the dining room and restrooms, removing trash, restocking supplies, and responding to guest needs. When business needs allow, this position may also support Front of House, Back of House, catering, opening, or closing responsibilities.

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $15–$17 per hour, based on experience, availability, demonstrated leadership ability, and final role placement.

We are hiring for:

  • Morning shifts
  • Midday shifts
  • Evening and closing shifts
  • Saturdays and other high-volume periods
  • Part-time and full-time availability

Scheduling is based on business volume, staffing needs, performance, and team member availability. Hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate from week to week. Saturday availability is required. Greater availability, including the ability to open or close, may provide opportunities for more consistent scheduling.

Changes to availability must be submitted in writing and may affect the number of hours scheduled.
