Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and provide attentive, genuine hospitality throughout their visit.
• Welcome mobile order guests, help them navigate the pickup process, answer questions, and ensure they receive their orders efficiently.
• Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, and dining areas to maintain Chick-fil-A cleanliness standards.
• Inspect, clean, and restock restrooms regularly to ensure they remain clean and sanitary.
• Offer refills when appropriate, assist guests with seating and special requests, and accommodate families and guests who need additional assistance.
• Keep condiment stations, beverage areas, trash receptacles, and other guest-facing spaces clean, stocked, and organized.
• Proactively monitor the dining room for spills, trash, dirty tables, and other issues, addressing them promptly.
• Assist with restaurant operations as needed, including supporting front-of-house team members, helping manage guest flow, and completing additional tasks assigned by leadership.
• Communicate with team members and leaders to ensure guest needs are met and restaurant standards are consistently maintained.
• Follow Chick-fil-A's food safety, sanitation, appearance, and hospitality expectations at all times.
• Take ownership of the guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving concerns professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
