• First Year: 88 hours/year, 120 max
• 1-5 Years: 128 hours/year, 160 max
• 5-10 Years: 168 hours/year, 200 max
• 10+ Years: 208 hours/year, 240 max

Your Role

As an Expediter, you’ll be the crucial link between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring that every dish is delivered accurately, efficiently, and beautifully presented. Your responsibilities include:

• Reading and checking tickets to ensure correct orders.
• Inspecting food as it reaches the window for accuracy and presentation.
• Maintaining proper setup and organization of server stations.
• Assisting servers in keeping tables clean and ready for new guests.
• Working closely with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to provide seamless service.
• Ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Greeting guests as they arrive and move throughout the restaurant.
• Being the master of the restaurant—understanding its flow, timing, and needs.

Compensation & Schedule

• $16.66-$16.66 /hour+ participation in the tip pool
• Part-time or Full Time available

What We're Looking For

• An engaging and welcoming personality that thrives in guest interaction.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
