Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Dining Room Busser for in-person shifts in a luxury resort setting. The role focuses on ensuring a pristine dining environment, proper table settings, and timely support to servers.

The position includes first and second shifts, with Sundays through Saturdays coverage. You will maintain clean service stations, assist with guest needs, and support setup, breakdown, and special events to uphold the guest experience.

Your day-to-day as a Dining Room Busser:

• Prepare dining room and service areas with proper table settings and supplies before each meal period
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout service
• Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Assist servers with water service, bread service, food running, and other guest needs as directed

Your skills and experience:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and team needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a polished and professional presence during busy service periods
• Willingness to support various dining operations, including setup, breakdown, and special events
