Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in the United States is hiring a dining room teammate focused on table service and guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, clear and reset tables, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities include assisting food servers, maintaining sanitation standards, and working with staff across front- and back-of-house to deliver high-quality service in a casino resort environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and basic manuals; effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests and team members to provide excellent service.
• Clear and reset tables to venue standards for new seating.
• Approach newly seated guests and serve bread, butter, and water courteously.
• Assist servers in delivering meals and monitoring guest needs.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards and food safety certification.
• Collaborate with host, supervisors, servers, and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Assist with food runners and dishwashers as needed.
• Keep dining area clean and maintain regular attendance.
