Job Summary

Assembles, delivers, sets-up, and serves food and beverages at on-premise and off-premise events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Arranges tables and decorations.
3. Sets buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
4. Serves food and beverages to guests.
5. Cleans and packs dishes and utensils.
6. Returns unserved foods, beverages, and equipment to the Commissary.
7. Ensures display foods are attractive and standards are met.
8. Handles food items properly during preparation.
9. Serves food neatly and attractively.
10. Keeps display equipment clean.
11. Cleans workstation thoroughly after service.
12. Prepares food and tables before events.
13. Serves plated dinners and responds to guest requests.
14. Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, opens wine, takes orders.
15. Cleans up after events and assists with inventory and storage.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must meet health requirements for food handlers.
• 1-2 years of smoothie bar/barista experience preferred.
