Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world, which has undergone a $400M renovation and expansion, making it more stunning than ever.

Located on Coronado Island, just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888. It features over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas, with 65,000 square feet of banquet space and 10 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Dining Room Attendant, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting any defects
• Wiping down booths and chairs, moving tables and chairs, and cleaning floors as necessary
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and breads
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
