Job summary

Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star in Frisco, TX is seeking a Dining Room Attendant PM (Part-Time) for Neighborhood Services. You will demonstrate and own service standards, clear and reset tables, and transport items from the kitchen to the dining room while maintaining a clean work area.

Past experience is welcome but not required. You must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods, with a flexible schedule including days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Past experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk during the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have TABC and Food Handler's Permit.
• Available to work flexible shifts including days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of service standards and guest needs.
• Multi-task to service multiple guest needs efficiently.
• Follow safety precautions to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Ensure that products are fresh and of quality.
• Clear tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and linen; reset for new guests.
• Transport food items from kitchen to dining room promptly while following service standards.
• Maintain a hygienic and organized work area; complete closing duties.
• Perform other tasks as needed or directed.

Job Description:

• Demonstration and ownership in any and all tasks needed to carry out Service Standards, constantly embracing ways to create guests for life.
• Creative and Innovative nature that allows employee partners to successfully multi-task while serving multiple guest needs in an organized and efficient manner.
• Awareness to all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employee partners.
• Ensuring that products are fresh and of quality.
• Clear all tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and dirty linen.
• Reset tables for new guest.
• Responsible for transporting all necessary food items from the kitchen to the dining room as soon as possible while following all standards of service.
• Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area
• Ensuring that all closing duties are completed
• Perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

Qualifications:
