Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation in Hawaii is seeking a friendly Bus Attendant to keep dining areas clean, support servers and F&B teams, and ensure a guest-ready environment throughout service.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset restaurant tables quickly and efficiently throughout service periods.
• Support Servers and Food & Beverage teams by refilling water, delivering supplies, and assisting guest needs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across dining rooms, service stations, beverage areas, and guest-facing spaces.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of restaurant, banquet, and event spaces as needed.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, silverware, trash, and linens while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, glassware, and other operational supplies.
• Follow food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, and hotel operational standards at all times.
• Partner closely with Servers, Bartenders, Culinary teams, and leadership to support smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere aligned with Sonesta’s People People culture.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job Information

$16.00 - Minimum Wage Amount. Base pay offered is reflective of minimum wage requirement.
