Responsibilities

• Clear dining tables and wipe chairs and tabletops.
• Replace table linens and reset tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenish supplies and fill beverage dispensers.
• Serve items to guests as instructed by supervisors.
• Sweep and mop floors and dining areas.
• Complete other side work assignments as needed.
