Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to join our team. In this role you will help maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, assist guests, and support food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

You will stand/walk for the majority of your shift, frequently lift light items and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. This position emphasizes hospitality, team collaboration, and reliability in delivering smiles to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly guest service and maintain positive restaurant atmosphere.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Comfort with standing/walking for long periods and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Restock beverages and other items as needed, including refilling milk dispensers.
• Keep cereal dispensers full and beverage areas clean during service periods.
• Ensure cups and glasses are stocked; clear and sanitize as needed.

• Restock beverages and other items as needed, which may include refilling of milk dispensers.
• Keep cereal dispensers full at all times.
• Keep beverage area and dining room clean during service periods.
• Make sure sufficient numbers of cups and glasses are present and remove empty glass racks. Empty glass racks must be taken to dish room.
• Assist our guests, as needed, in a friendly and professional manner. Follows Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
