Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, TX is seeking a Dining Associate in the Continuing Care department to deliver excellent dining service to residents. The role supports dining room operations, from greeting residents to assisting servers and kitchen staff, with an emphasis on nutrition and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a food service environment preferred.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff run smoothly.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of house and kitchen.
• Assist in training wait staff.
