Job summary

Covenant Living of Golden Valley in Golden Valley, MN, seeks a Dining Operations Manager to lead our healthcare kitchen across a primary dining room and three satellite locations, ensuring high-quality meals and resident satisfaction.

You will mentor a team of cooks and dietary aides, ensure regulatory compliance and therapeutic-diet adherence, manage inventory and budgeting, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Registered Dietitian on menus and dining programs.

Qualifications

• CDM credential or eligibility and commitment to obtain certification
• 2+ years of work experience in dining
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within a timeframe
• Understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills
