Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Dining Host to greet and seat guests, coordinating with servers and managers to ensure a smooth dining room and bar experience.

You will uphold cleanliness and safety, manage the waitlist, and help deliver exceptional guest service across shifts, including opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends

Job Description: At Main Event, Dining Hosts guide Guests through their dining experience and support the overall experience of our dining room and bar area. As a Dining Host, you will greet and seat guests and provide constant communication with servers, server assistants, and managers. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
