Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a friendly Dining Host to welcome guests, seat them, and coordinate with servers and managers to ensure a memorable visit. You will also help maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the dining room and bar area.

The ideal candidate focuses on guest service, communicates clearly with team members, and can handle busy periods. Food Handlers Certification may be required; all hours including days, nights, and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Attention to detail and comfortable in face-paced environment
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Description: At Main Event, Dining Hosts guide our Guests through their experience in our dining rooms and support the overall experience of our dining room and bar area. As a Dining Host, you will greet and seat guests as well as provide constant communication with servers, server assistants, and managers. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
