Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Denver is seeking Hosts to set the vibe from the moment guests arrive. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, answer phones, take take-out orders, and keep the lobby clean and guest-ready.

No formal restaurant experience required, but a friendly attitude, good communication, and teamwork help. Training is provided, and we offer competitive wages, flexible hours, growth opportunities, and team member discounts.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in.
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly.
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.

As a Host, you’re the vibe-setter—the first face guests see and the last one they remember. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.

But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!
