Punch Bowl Social in Denver is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, set the vibe, and help manage reservations. You’ll be the first face guests see and the last they remember, guiding them to seating and ensuring a smooth lobby flow.

No two shifts are the same here—teamwork, upbeat energy, and clear communication are rewarded, with training provided to get you up to speed and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do.
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course).
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers.
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork.
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in.
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly.
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders.
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality.
