Dining Floor Supervisor, Taverne On Woodlake

Responsibilities

1. Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
2. Oversee general restaurant operations and responsibilities of shift leaders and front of house restaurant staff.
3. Uphold Kohler Hospitality Standards while assisting Manager/Supervisor with restaurant tasks.
4. Evaluate staffing requirements and prepare work schedules weekly.
5. Prepare weekly forecasts and anticipate heavy business times to organize procedures for proper service.
6. Handle large reservations, special requests, and special menus.
7. Ensure all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
8. Train and integrate new associates.

This is a full-time position at Taverne On Woodlake, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 10 am and 11 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Previous serving and barista experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience within a fine dining atmosphere is preferred.
• Candidate must have the ability to complete Learn 2 Serve Certification and obtain a bartending license within 30 days of employment.

The hourly range for this position is $20.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
