Dining Floor Supervisor, Blackwolf Run

Work Mode: Onsite

As a Dining Floor Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
2. Overseeing general restaurant operations and responsibilities of shift leaders and front-of-house restaurant staff.
3. Upholding Kohler Hospitality Standards while assisting Manager/Supervisor with restaurant tasks.
4. Evaluating staffing requirements and preparing work schedules weekly.
5. Preparing weekly forecasts and anticipating busy times to organize procedures for proper service.
6. Managing large reservations, special requests, and special menus.
7. Ensuring all cashiering procedures comply with accounting standards.
8. Training and integrating new associates.

This is a full-time position at Blackwolf Run, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:45 am and 9:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Previous food and beverage experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a fine dining environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain an operator's license within 30 days of employment.

The hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
