POSITION SUMMARY
Property Management with Student Affairs is excited to begin the search for a Dining Facilities – Student Assistant to assist with projects within Auburn University Dining Facilities. May also work with property management on housing-related projects as needed.
The position of Dining Facilities – Student Assistant with the department of Dining & Property Management exceeds the expectations of a typical student employee. It is distinguished by the responsibility for a wide variety of both routine and non-routine assignments across multiple areas. Due to the nature of the environment, an elevated level of professionalism and interpersonal skills are required.
Position involves frequent bending, standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, reaching below and above shoulders, and lifting heavy objects and equipment while performing job duties. Wrist, hand, and finger dexterity is required to operate various equipment and materials. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions.
Pay Rate: $12.50/hour
