Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• Clerical skills. Organizational skills. Oral communication skills. Customer/client orientation.

Responsibilities

• Clear dishes and glassware like a pro while guests enjoy their meals.
• Clean and reset tables between guests to keep the vibe fresh and fabulous.
• Keep the dining area spotless and inviting.
• Refill service areas and lend a hand to waitstaff when needed.
• Occasionally jump in to help with dishwashing duties.
