Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR at Moorings Park Grande Lake in Naples, FL 34105. This role oversees both front-of-house and production to sustain high-quality dining experiences. Two years of prior supervisory and fine dining experience are required.

• Ability to oversee both food/beverage service and production.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services.
• Oversees production and reviews menu to manage daily functions.
• Monitors staff to ensure adherence to systems, protocols and QA tools.
• Visits guest areas to assess satisfaction levels and service quality.
• Communicates with staff regularly, both formally and informally.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are maintained daily and signs off on cleaning procedures.
