Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time Busser at Moorings Park in Naples, FL. Evening shift available; Tuesday to Saturday, hours may vary and will be discussed at interview.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of prior fine dining experience. This role supports servers, clears tables, stocks stations, and helps maintain a clean dining room. Tuition reimbursement and a free meal are offered as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior fine dining experience in a senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clears dirty table settings and resets tables promptly.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
• Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
• Performs all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
