Morrison Living in Des Moines, WA is seeking a full-time Dining/Bar Supervisor to oversee food, beverage and service operations. Prior supervisory and hospitality experience is preferred; healthcare experience is a plus. Schedule: Tue–Sat, 11:30 am–8:00 pm at Wesley Des Moines Rehabilitation & Care Center.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory and hospitality experience is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Willing to train is offered.

Responsabilités

• Provides first level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services.
• Oversees production to ensure quality and timely service.
• Monitors staff to ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assesses guest satisfaction and communicates feedback to the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
