Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: Montereau - 6800 South Granite Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74136.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; flexible. Days and hours may vary; shifts end by 9:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous supervisory and food service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures high quality, good-tasting, and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
2. Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
3. Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
4. Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
5. Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally.
6. Enforces safety standards with employees.
7. Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs off on cleaning procedures.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
