Ivy Gables Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dining Attendant for weekends and part-time day schedules. You will ensure residents receive enjoyable dining experiences while accommodating dietary needs, allergies, and preferences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and friendly service in a warm, inclusive community. Responsibilities include maintaining the dining area, updating menus, stocking supplies, and assisting with tray service.

Qualifications

• Six months of culinary adventures or food service training.
• Experience with older adults or in retirement housing is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals with a smile, respecting dietary needs and allergies.
• Transform the dining area into a welcoming service space.
• Maintain beverage stations and keep chalkboard/menu updated.
• Stock condiments and supplies; monitor inventory.
• Assist in tray service and support kitchen staff as needed.
• Monitor table quality and assist residents during meals.

• Be a resident's guardian angel during medical emergencies

Qualifications

Your Recipe for Success:

• Six months of culinary adventures or food service training (Time spent as a kitchen ninja counts!)
• A dash of experience working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is the secret ingredient we're looking for
• A high school diploma or GED (Because even superheroes need their education)
