Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an entry-level dining associate. This part-time role offers flexible hours that fit school schedules, no late nights, and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a senior living dining program.

You will learn about menu items, take orders, and deliver a high-quality dining experience to residents and guests. Must be 16 or older, no experience required, friendly, with weekday and weekend availability. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

Compensation: Commensurate with experience from $16-$17 per hour. Part‑time, includes every other Saturday and Sunday.
