Job summary

Fooda is hiring a Dining Associate-Dishwasher to support our cafe operations at busy office locations. You will build relationships with customers, keep a clean workspace, and manage dishwashing while upholding sanitation standards.

You should be energetic, comfortable with cash handling and a POS system, and ready to deliver friendly, efficient service while following Fooda standards. This is full-time work in the United States; compensation is $22 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Cash handling and POS familiarity.
• Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and wash dishes.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self-starter.
• Know and maintain Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily.
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary to keep them informed or help solve problems.
