Qualifications

• Customer-focused with friendly demeanor and ability to assist customers
• Experience handling cash and giving accurate change
• Comfort with technology and operating a POS system
• Prior food service and cashier experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes
• Demonstrate strong communication and be a proactive self-starter
• Follow FoodaStandards of Service and Sanitation daily
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary to aid solving problems
