Job summary

Erickson Senior Living Greenspring Village in Springfield, Virginia, is hiring a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department. You will help create warm dining experiences, greet residents, coordinate with staff, and ensure meals meet nutritional needs in a caring environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, potential weekend/holiday shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges hourly with discounts on on-site dining and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth operation by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.

• Compensation: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour, based on experience

How You Will Make An Impact
