Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, as assigned.
• Maintain standards for dining services, ensuring efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
• Serve meals to residents within the scheduled time frame.
• Report problems, concerns, and issues related to food service and communicate them appropriately.
• Adhere to all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience working within a kitchen/serving/dietary environment.
