Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, as assigned.
- Maintain standards for dining services, ensuring efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
- Serve meals to residents within the scheduled time frame.
- Report problems, concerns, and issues related to food service and communicate them appropriately.
- Adhere to all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements.
Qualifications
- One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience working within a kitchen/serving/dietary environment.
