Dining and Hospitality/Breakfast Attendant - Comfort Inn & Suites South San Francisco/Fun Place to work

Join our growing team! Oliver Companies, headquartered in Duluth, MN, is a leading property management company operating since 1978. We specialize in hotel development and management, with properties across the country under brands like Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Marriott.

Property Location: Comfort Inn & Suites SFO Airport North

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding guest service by engaging with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
  2. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, recipes, and safety protocols.
  3. Ensure breakfast offerings are fully stocked, attractively displayed, and replenished during service hours.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food preparation surfaces, storage rooms, and dining space.
  5. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of breakfast equipment and storage areas to meet health standards.
  6. Conduct weekly and monthly inventory of food and supplies, maintaining accurate records and proper stock levels.
  7. Submit inventory requisitions timely to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  8. Monitor product expiration dates and practice FIFO to minimize waste and ensure food quality.
  9. Enforce food safety and hygiene standards and company policies for guest and staff safety.
  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  11. Assist with training new team members as needed.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
