Kelly is hiring for a 1st shift DIN Rail Assembly role in Middletown, PA. Assemble electrical terminals onto pre-cut rails, following diagrams and specs, using basic hand tools. You’ll work in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Enjoys hands-on work and assembling small pieces.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical terminal blocks onto pre-cut DIN rails.
• Position, align, and attach terminal blocks and components.
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and specs.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as needed.
• Handle small electrical parts with care and accuracy.
• Inspect assemblies for proper placement and quality.
• Identify missing or damaged components and address issues.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
