Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a highly skilled Dimensional Engineer to support hardware development and manufacturing, focusing on tolerance analysis, variation simulation, and geometry control to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to reduce variation, implement GD&T schemes, run 3DCS and CETOL simulations, and drive designs from concept through high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of industry experience in dimensional engineering, tolerance analysis, or related engineering functions.
• Hands-on experience with 3D variation simulation tools such as 3DCS and CETOL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to geometry control strategies for complex mechanical assemblies.
• Perform 3D dimensional and variation simulations to support design and manufacturing decisions.
• Develop and implement GD&T schemes, datum structures, and tolerance stack-up analyses.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to improve product robustness.
• Use simulation-driven approaches to identify and mitigate variation-related risks.
• Support metrology activities, measurement planning, and process validation efforts.
• Participate in Gage R&R studies and measurement system evaluations.
• Author and review manufacturing inspection procedures and measurement documentation.
• Drive best practices related to dimensional engineering, tolerance analysis, and variation management.
• Support products throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept development through production launch.
