Responsibilities

• Support land and title due diligence for IFM carbon project opportunities.
• Review ownership, confirm signatory authority, and verify parcel IDs.
• Identify risks and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Work with sales, legal, forestry, and operations to resolve risks and close gaps.
• Ensure projects are built on a clean, defensible, and well-documented land foundation.
