Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOE Q clearance.
• Experience coordinating work activities in production or service environments.
• Knowledge of digitization technology and equipment (e.g., scanners).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict security procedures.
• Ability to work independently in secure, vault-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess digitization requirements and apply established policies to day-to-day actions.
• Perform digitization operations: handling, preparation, scanning, and metadata capture.
• Prepare physical documents for scanning, including repairs as needed.
• Route digitized content for disposition after validation of quality.
• Enter and update digitization tracking information in established systems.
• Coordinate movement of materials between storage locations and workspace.
• Maintain equipment and escalate facility or equipment needs as required.
• Coordinate with others; may serve as project/technical lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
