Position Details:
Regular, Full-time, based in the United States, with a 1st shift schedule. Fluency in English required. Up to 25% travel may be involved.

Job Description

The Digital Workplace Service Delivery Leader is responsible for executing digital transformation initiatives via strategic vendor partnerships, operational excellence, and risk management. This role involves establishing scalable service frameworks, enforcing vendor SLAs, fostering compliance, and promoting continuous improvement. The leader will work closely with the Head of Digital Workplace to enhance digital adoption, workforce productivity, and team resilience aligned with strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide thought leadership and oversee the management of Digital Workplace functions and programs.
  2. Manage financial planning, organizational design, and oversee transformation programs.
  3. Maintain relationships with stakeholders including vendors, legal, risk, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives.
  4. Lead end-to-end support for RFP processes with vendors, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and enhancing employee experience.
  5. Monitor program benefits realization and implement risk management plans.
  6. Assess current systems, identify improvements, and advocate value-driven solutions.
  7. Collaborate with leadership to ensure a cohesive digital experience, promote digital adoption, and foster a culture of collaboration and engagement.
  8. Lead internal and external teams or resources.
  9. Manage program variances, develop mitigation strategies, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience managing enterprise technology organizations, with a total of 12 years in enterprise technology.
  • Proven leadership in managing complex programs, stakeholder influence, and strategic negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of business and technology priorities, policies, and resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project).
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, PMP or PgMP certification.
  • Experience in financial services technology and large-scale initiative implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of management systems and metrics.
  • Strong executive presence and articulation skills.
