About the Role

The Digital Workplace Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital workplace technologies and strategies to enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement. This role ensures seamless integration of digital tools, platforms, and processes to create a modern, efficient, and secure work environment. Must have a strong background in IT, digital transformation, and employee experience management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage telecom.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration, and application deployment.
  • Perform desktop imaging and OS deployment.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
  • Administer and support business-critical applications and services.
  • Implement and manage AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, M365 AI features) to enhance productivity and support.
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven scripts or bots for ticket triage, user onboarding, or system monitoring.
  • Train and support staff on using AI tools effectively and securely.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI tool performance and recommend improvements.
  • Procure and manage IT hardware (laptops, peripherals, networking gear), including vendor coordination, purchasing, and lifecycle planning.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user and license management, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox provisioning, distribution groups, and email flow troubleshooting.

  • Detail-Oriented Organizer- Maintains meticulous asset tracking and documentation while managing multiple systems.
  • Proactive Anticipator- Stays ahead of potential issues through monitoring and lifecycle planning.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, Digital Transformation, or related field.

Experience

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in digital workplace management, IT, or employee experience roles.
  • Proven track record in implementing digital collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience with Insurance Industry Software Administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience in hybrid/remote work environment optimization.
